I received my Certification from the Nutritional Therapy Association in Olympia, WA in 2006 after completion of the 10-month Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program. This capped many years of independent research, study, seminars and classes related to Natural Healing and Nutrition which was prompted by overcoming personal health issues with the use of natural supplements, diet and lifestyle changes.

In addition to my certification I have also taken additional education in Functional Endocrinology, Blood Chemistry, Cardiovascular Health, Neurotransmitter Function, and additional training in other modalities such as Korean Hand Therapy, EFT, Energy Kinesiology and Cold Laser Treatments.  I am always adding to my body of knowledge and exploring new ways of helping people improve their health.

I remain continually impressed with the natural healing ability of the human body when it is properly supported.  My goal is to bring education, health & healing to as many people as possible. I work with individuals, on a referral basis with other healthcare practitioners, spa and fitness facilities and with corporate clients as well.
